At this time we will discuss in detail: - your Likes - Dislikes - Budget - Tonal Preferences - Daily Maintenance for Upkeep - possibly a Color Test Strand if need be, and from there we will formulate the perfect Color Formula for your desired color! This service is REQUIRED for ALL new Color Clients!
